    Senior Manager, Product Design

    Design systems & platform leader. Built platform team from zero scaling quality design delivery for the whole org. Led core product design, and operated at director scope after the Head of Design departure.

  2. 2021–22

    SNAPDOCS

    Principal Product Designer

    ML-powered document QC for real estate closings. Delivered $375K/month in incremental revenue through a 0–1 closing-error insight system.

  3. 2016–21

    ZOLL MEDICAL

    Senior UX Architect

    Design leader for SaaS cloud EMS software. Architected greenfield ML-driven cloud dispatch for some of the largest-scoped counties in the US and Canada. 100% pilot adoption on a new dispatch tool; cut release cycles from 6 months to 2-week sprints.

    DOOR TO DOOR ORGANICS

    Lead Front-End Developer

    Built the e-commerce experience and grew the front-end team from 1 to 5. Recipe-site store integration drove a 40% sales increase in year one.
